Request Period: You have a 5-day window from the date of receiving your order to request a replacement if you encounter any issues.

Initiating the Process: To initiate the replacement process, kindly send us an email at sakaindia.in@gmail.com containing your order number and clear images showcasing the problem with the item.

Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item, including the packaging box.

Replacement Shipping Expenses: Rest assured, we will handle the shipping expenses for sending the replacement item to you.

Store Credit Option: If you remain dissatisfied with the replacement or if a replacement is not feasible, we offer store credit equal to the value of the returned product. This store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Refund and Exchange Policy: Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

Exclusion for Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for returns and exchanges unless they arrive visibly damaged or broken.
- All Tags and Boxes should be intact and not missing during the return shipping. If tags and boxes found missing you won't be eligible for refund/exchange.
- In case of claiming the product damaged/wrong or missing product we need the first unboxing video without any cut. Without the first unboxing video (without any cut) we will not be able to process the exchange/refund request.
